MSW, RSW, MEd.

With a deep commitment to authenticity and transparency, I bring both my professional expertise and lived experiences to my work as a therapist. My passion for justice and advocacy drives me to create a space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with clients who have faced social injustice, systemic oppression, and trauma, as well as those seeking to overcome feelings of powerlessness and hopelessness. I understand the toll daily challenges take on our minds and bodies, and to counter these experiences, I promote authenticity, strengths, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
My approach is curious, client-centered, and aims to empower you through a strong therapeutic relationship. I am committed to working collaboratively to challenge the barriers you face and to reclaim your narrative. My educational background in anti-oppressive practices and critical race theory informs my practice and allows me to address the systemic factors impacting your mental health.
Choosing me as your therapist means partnering with someone who is not only knowledgeable but also deeply invested in fostering an environment of equity and respect. I believe in the power of human connection and am dedicated to helping you navigate your unique journey with empathy, integrity, and a shared commitment to your growth.
